Cancellation policy

At Volcon New Zealand, a trading name of Indi Imports Limited ("we", "us", "our"), we strive to offer flexibility in purchasing options while maintaining efficient order processing to ensure timely delivery. This Purchase Options Cancellation Policy explains how order cancellations are handled for items purchased on volcon.co.nz.
1. Order Cancellation by Customer
- Timeframe: You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. Orders can only be canceled before they have been processed and shipped.
- How to Cancel: To cancel an order, please email us at support@indiimports.com or call us at +64 3 443 1575. Include your order number and reason for cancellation.
- Refunds: If your cancellation request is received and processed within the 24-hour window, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Note: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and is subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
2. Cancellation Policy for Pre-Orders

Initial 7-Day Window:
You may cancel your pre-order within 7 days of placing it for a full refund. To request a cancellation, please contact us at support@indiimports.com with your order details. -
Cancellation After 7 Days:
If you cancel your pre-order after the initial 7-day window, a 10% cancellation fee will apply. This fee helps cover administrative and inventory costs associated with holding stock for your order. -
Final Stage Cancellation (Within 14 Days of Shipping):
If you cancel your pre-order within 14 days of the scheduled release or shipping date, a 20% restocking fee will apply. This fee helps cover last-minute logistical adjustments and potential lost sales opportunities.
3. Payment Plan Cancellations
If you have selected a payment plan option (where applicable):
- Cancellation Before Order Processing: If you wish to cancel before the order is processed, please contact us immediately. Cancellations before processing will incur no additional fees, and a full refund of any installments paid will be issued.
- Cancellation After Processing: Once an order has been processed and shipped, cancellations cannot be made, and the order will be subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
Note: For orders canceled under a payment plan, refunds will be applied to the payment method on file within 5-7 business days.
4. Cancellations by Volcon NZ
We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion, including but not limited to the following situations:
- Pricing Errors: If an item is listed with an incorrect price, we may cancel your order and issue a full refund.
- Inventory Shortages: If a product is out of stock or unavailable after the order is placed, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.
- Suspected Fraud: If we suspect fraudulent activity, we may cancel the order for security purposes.
If your order is canceled by Volcon NZ, you will be notified via email, and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
